Here at New Muse Theatre Productions we offer professional productions put on for the enjoyment and entertainment of the community. We are a Christian youth organization primarily, but our age range mainly consists of middle school through high school. Our mission is mainly to present the theatre arts to our students and viewers as a clean, wholesome, funny, serious, and professional art. In the world today there is a lot of garbage about what theatre is and who is in theatre. Actors, directors, and producers alike are tagged because they love theatre. Our goal is to help raise the standard for actors at an early age so they will grow up to be good, strong, professional actors in the field of performing arts today. To inspire young actors to reach higher and dream bigger and work harder to achieve their goals. Welcome to New Muse Theatre Productions!
 

New Muse Theatre Productions was started in 2012 by Nate Louisignau. During the summer of 2012 Nate produced, Fiddler on the Roof Jr. It went fantastically. Since then, because of unforeseen circumstances, Nate has been unable to produce any more shows. Until now! 

New Muse Theatre Productions is an amatuer theatre productions company whose main goal is to get high school and college students involved with theatre! 

Nate Louisignau

CEO, Producer, and Stage Director

Nate Louisignau is a sophomore at Concordia University Ann Arbor studying K-12 Music Education. He has sung extensively with the Concordia Choir and is a percussionist for the Concordia University Ann Arbor Wind Ensemble. Nate, since he was a child has been involved with theatre. From playing Joseph in Christmas Pageants to starring as Mr. Darcy in his senior of high school. His knowledge and experience range between stage director, stage manager, technical director, music director, producer, set designer, vocal coach, and much more. Nate organized his first musical production in 2012 when he, with the help of friends, produced Fiddler on the Roof Jr. Since then, Nate has laboriously continued trying to produce another show, which hasn’t succeeded until today. Nate is extremely excited and happy to be leading the New Muse Team as CEO, Producer, and Stage Director. He has a passion for theatre and music and has combined both to form musical theatre. He looks forward to future successful productions! Nate is a confirmed Christian and attends Metro Detroit Christian Church in West Bloomfield, Mi. Nate is the youngest of five children, has three nieces and a nephew. Nate especially enjoys playing piano and putting on concerts for the elderly at a nursing home that he works at.
